Refund Eligibility

If a customer decides not to continue using our services, they may request a refund for the most recent payment made for the current billing period.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

Processing of Refunds

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

Non-Refundable Situations
